Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item contact support@christianartsales.com.
Please list the following:
- Was the item damaged due to shipping or product defect.
- Quantity damaged.
- Item number(s).
- Would you like the item replaced or receive a credit.
- Any additional information such as tracking number, etc.
Dissatisfied with Item
If you receive an item that you are dissatisfied with contact support@christianartsales.com.
Please list the following:
- Item number.
- Quantity.
- Your order number.
Once we receive the merchandise, you will receive a credit memo in the mail.
Note: For Dissatified Items Only there will be a 25% restock fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance.
