Q: How does Christian Art Sales handle backordered items? A: Customer has the opportunity at the checkout to continue ordering a backordered item or to cancel the backordered item.

Q: Can I ship an item to an address other than my own? A: Yes, We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. You must use a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Q: Does Christian Art Sales have a catalog? A: At this time we do not have a catalog.
Q: May I choose a different frame for the art? A: The frames for the art are pre-chosen.
Q: What does each items description size include? A: Framed pictures are matted print size only, not the framed size.
Q: Will my art be exactly what I see online. A: Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings on different computers.
Q: What is the cost of shipping and handling? A: Shipping and handling are already included in the price of each item.
Q: What if the product I order is no longer available? A: We are constantly updating our site to keep it current. Even so, due to demand and turnover rate, some pictures may no longer be available. In that event, we will not process your payment. Your order will be voided, and you will be notified by email.
